BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Receives, processes and submits home care clinical therapy documents in a timely manner
- Reviews all documents for accuracy and completeness
- Follows up via phone/email with therapy providers regarding missing documents and corrections
- Provide education to providers as needed regarding documentation
- Submits needed documents to Home Care agencies when requested
- Processes invoices to Home Care agencies
- Provides coverage for other members of the home care team as needed
- Provides other related duties as assigned and requested
