- Booking and Reservations
- Rescheduling
- Cancellations and complaints
- Possible credit card processing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience on a BPO Travel and Tours related account
- Has an experience on the following platforms:
– Sabre
– Amadeus
– Holland
– Norwegian
– Cruising Power
- Priority is to have cruise line customer support experience. Booking, rebooking, cancellations, etc.
- Amenable to work onsite
- Availability to Start ASAP.
