Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting and promoting our products or services, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present and promote products or services to potential clients effectively.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to match them with appropriate products or services.
- Drive sales and meet individual and team targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
