Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completion of Senior High School (SHS) or at least 72 units of Tertiary education
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of Customer Service experience
  • Basic Sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Applications (Google Workspace)
  • Computer literacy
